- We read labels, we read ingredients- preservatives, additives, artificial colors, no added sugar…. etc. We think about animal testing, fair trade, made in where, no child labor, no conflict diamonds, palm oil free and genetically engineered. Recycled packaging or no packaging. No plastic bags. Is it rain-forest timber or plantation timber?
- We are becoming more ethical in our thinking when it comes to purchases. I don't feel guilt, I think it's just fair and responsible. Just add a few more- is this product environmentally friendly/ or is this product climate neutral? Is it biodegradable or recyclable? How much greenhouse gas has this product emitted in the long journey to us?
